Important Information for Guests Staying Between March 3rd and July 4th, 2025
Please be informed that significant construction work will occur at our complex during this period due to a complete renovation of the building.
• Balcony Access: Please note that beachfront balconies will be inaccessible at times, obstructing the beach view from inside the condo. Specifically, the balcony facing the beach will be closed from March 17th – May 9th, 2025.
• Pool Access: The pool area will not be available for use from March 17th – May 9th, 2025.
• Parking: Parking availability may be limited. We are working on alternative parking arrangements for guests.
• Noise and Walkway Access: Construction noise will be present throughout the day. While walkways will have restricted access on certain days, access to your unit will always be maintained. The tentative schedule for limited walkway access in front of the units is from March 12th – April 7th, 2025. There may be times when the elevator is not accessible from the unit, requiring the use of stairs.
Guests will still have access to the beach via a designated walkway.
Please be prepared for noise, construction activities, and the presence of workers around the complex. It is advisable not to book if these conditions may affect your stay. Before confirming your reservation, you will be asked to acknowledge having read and understood these details regarding accessible amenities and the construction schedule.

Located on the Fourth floor at the east end of PCB in a quiet Five floors complex. Relax on the balcony, listen to the waves and may even spot dolphins swimming by. Life is Good and enjoy with your pet.
Elevator and Heated Pool.
The unit has been beautifully updated.
Near Zoo, WonderWorks, Marine Park, Pirate Cruise, Race City, Sea Museum, Golf, Fishing, Shopping.
The space
Beautiful one bedroom condo right on the water. Beach front. Has a living room with a pullout couch, 2 TVs. The views from the balcony are breathtaking.
This place is absolutely beautiful. With the most beautiful views of the gulf. Its decorated so perfectly and very clean. We made sure to get one of the best cleaners on the beach. When you first walk in the front door the master bedroom is to your right. The colors and decor match so perfectly. It has a king size bed. The master bedroom has a door that you can enter into the bathroom. So you can enter bathroom from hallway or master bedroom.
The condo just flows together. As you walk out of the kitchen to the right you will head to dining area and Living area.
This place is setup so nice. The owners didn’t miss a thing in this condo. When you picture a beach front condo this is what you think of.
As you walk past the dining table, you walk into the living room area. It has a pull out sleeping couch with a chair to relax in. You can watch tv or just stare out the window and enjoy the view. Maybe you will spot a dolphin swimming by. It’s breathtaking.
Not only will be you blown away from the way the condo looks once you hit the balcony the view and the sound of the waves will complete the entire picture of a vacation in Panama City beach.

You have 48 hours form confirmation to cancel and receive a full refund.
If you cancel 45 days or more before check in date you will receive a full refund minus the security deposit.
If the check-in date is at least 14 days away but less than 45 days, a 50% refund will be issued.
For cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in or less. No refunds will be made.
*We are not part of the on-site property management company. If you need anything, please contact me. The only thing you need to go to the office for is to get your parking passes.
*You will receive the comforts of home with towels, linens, a starter pack of 1 roll of paper towels, 1- 4 pack of toilet paper for each bathroom, 2 garbage bags, 2 dishwasher pods, 2 laundry pods, two travel size shampoo/conditioner in each bathroom, small bar of soap for each bathroom.
*NO SMOKING ALLOWED IN THE UNIT. There is a $350 cleaning fee for any violation.
*Must keep door shut at all times while AC is running
*Please try to keep as much sand out of the room as possible by rinsing your feet and beach toys at the wash station by the pool.
*Keep chairs outside or on the balcony.
*Do not feed the birds or hang towels from the balcony railing.
*Housewares and furnishings are all inventoried. Please report any broken items so they can be replaced. Reporting any damage will help mitigate loss against your damage deposit. Willful or malicious damage to the condo or its contents will be the responsibility of the renter.
*All minors must be accompanied by an adult.
*ALL County and State Laws must be followed!
*Pest control comes once a month. If they should show up during your stay, please allow them to spray.
*No luggage carts inside the room whatsoever!! These cause serious damage to the floors, furniture and walls. You will be charged a fee of $75 if you bring the cart inside the room.
*We just ask for you to please take care of our home. I do live close by. If you need anything, please let me know.
We want you to enjoy your vacation. Just Relax and put on your flip flops and head to the beach.
We do have a ring doorbell at the front door on the outside that faces outward. It records video and voices.
