Important Information for Guests Staying Between March 3rd and July 4th, 2025
Please be informed that significant construction work will occur at our complex during this period due to a complete renovation of the building.
• Balcony Access: Please note that beachfront balconies will be inaccessible at times, obstructing the beach view from inside the condo. Specifically, the balcony facing the beach will be closed from March 17th – May 9th, 2025.
• Pool Access: The pool area will not be available for use from March 17th – May 9th, 2025.
• Parking: Parking availability may be limited. We are working on alternative parking arrangements for guests.
• Noise and Walkway Access: Construction noise will be present throughout the day. While walkways will have restricted access on certain days, access to your unit will always be maintained. The tentative schedule for limited walkway access in front of the units is from March 24th – April 13th, 2025. There may be times when the elevator is not accessible from the unit, requiring the use of stairs.
Guests will still have access to the beach via a designated walkway.
Please be prepared for noise, construction activities, and the presence of workers around the complex. It is advisable not to book if these conditions may affect your stay. Before confirming your reservation, you will be asked to acknowledge having read and understood these details regarding accessible amenities and the construction schedule.

Forget your worries in this spacious, serene space – beautiful one bedroom condo with amazing gulf views with sugar sand beach.
Located on the third floor at the east end of PCB in a quiet 5 floor complex.
Relax on the balcony, listen to the waves and maybe even spot some dolphins swimming by. Life don’t get much better than that.
Elevator access and heated Pool year-round.
Beautiful one bedroom one bath condo that sleeps 4. Bedroom has a king size bed with a TV. It has access to the bathroom from the bedroom.
Bathroom has a shower in it. The unit has a washer and dryer in the unit.
Kitchen is well equipped to be able to cook meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Living room has two twin beds. One on each side of the wall. the twin beds are separate from the actual living room area with a couch and two chairs.
A large TV with Roku box. Dining room table is close to patio doors so you can enjoy the view of the gulf while enjoying a meal or coffee.
The patio doors are amazing. It’s not just one door that opens, its TWO! The two middle doors slide open leaving a huge opening to the patio. The pool is heated year-round.

You have 48 hours form confirmation to cancel and receive a full refund.
If you cancel 45 days or more before check in date you will receive a full refund minus the security deposit.
If the check-in date is at least 14 days away but less than 45 days, a 50% refund will be issued.
For cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in or less. No refunds will be made.
* We are not part of the onsite rental program. DO NOT go to the office for any reason other than your parking pass. You're allowed one parking passe for this unit. If you need anything you contact me.
* NO LUGGAGE CARTS ALLOWED INSIDE THE UNIT AT ANYTIME.
* You will receive the comforts of home with Towels, Linens, and a STARTER supply pack of the following items. 2 Garbage Bags, 1 Roll of paper towels, 2 travel size bottle of shampoo/conditioner for each bathroom, travel size bar of soap for each bath, a pack of makeup remover wipes for each bathroom, 2 colorful makeup rags for each bathroom, 1 small 4 pack of toilet paper for each bathroom, 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry detergent pods. We DO NOT supply Beach towels.
* WE PROVIDE MAKEUP REMOVER WIPES AND COLORFUL WASH RAGS TO REMOVE YOUR MAKEUP. DO NOT USE THE WHITE TOWELS. You will be charged for using the white towels, white hand towels, or whitewash rags for makeup.
*NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND IS ALLOWED IN THE UNIT. This also includes Vaping. There is a $350 Cleaning fee for any violation.
*Must Keep Doors shut at ALL times when AC is Running. Please turn the air off if you wish to have the patio door open.
*Do not feed the birds or hang towels from the balcony.
* Housewares and furnishings are all inventoried. Please report any broken items so they can be replaced. Willful or malicious damage to the condo its contents will be responsibility of the renter.
*ALL county and State laws must be Followed!
*Pest Control comes once a month. If they should show up during your stay, please allow them to spray.
*Grills are provided on property by the pool area. Please clean them after use. NO GRILLS ALLOWED ON BALCONY.
*Any Violation of house rules can result in immediate eviction without refund.
After all the DO NOT. We want you to know that we want you to enjoy your stay. Please treat the unit like it was your own. Report anything that may happen in the unit so we can work with you on getting it resolved. We understand accidents can happen. So just be up front and honest if something happens while staying in the unit.
