Parking is out front of the unit and it’s all ground level. Not a far walk to get into this bottom floor unit. Easy to unload luggage and groceries.
The Master bedroom has a king size bed with its own bathroom attached to it. You can lay in bed and look out at the Gulf.
Second bedroom has a Queen size bed. This room also has an AC unit located in the wall that will need to be turned on to help cool the unit at that end of the unit.
We do supply a roll away bed in the closet and it’s a twin size.
You can access the second bathroom from the second bedroom or from the hallway.
Livingroom has a pullout couch and the view of the gulf. You can sit on the couch watch TV and glance out at the gulf. Picture perfect views
There’s a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room table and breakfast bar. The convenience of the ground floor location paired with room for the whole family.
Both bedrooms have a Tv and one in the living room.
Don’t fight the crowds in a high-rise! Whispering Seas is a low-rise, family-friendly Gulf-front beach resort, with a pool right on the beach, a Gulf-front terrace with 4 grills and 4 picnic tables.

YOU MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OLD OR OLDER TO RENT THIS UNIT.
*Parking pass is in the unit. Each unit is allowed one parking pass for the parking lot. If you need to bring one extra vehicle you need to let me know. I can leave one extra one but during the months of JUNE-AUGUST you will have to park the extra vehicle in the overflow parking area located across the street and next to Ocean Terrace. It's the grassy area but you must have a parking pass to park there. I can give you more information on this if you need it.
* You will receive the comforts of home with Towels, Linens, and a STARTER supply pack of the following items. 2 Garbage Bags, 1 Roll of paper towels, 2 travel size bottle of shampoo/conditioner for each bathroom, travel size bar of soap for each bath, a pack of makeup remover wipes for each bathroom, 2 colorful makeup rags for each bathroom, 1 small 4 pack of toilet paper for each bathroom, 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry detergent pods.
* WE PROVIDE THE MAKEUP REMOVER WIPES AND TOWELS TO REMOVE YOUR MAKEUP. DO NOT USE THE WHITE TOWELS. You will be charged for using the white towels, white hand towels, or whitewash rags for makeup.
*NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND IS ALLOWED IN THE UNIT. This also includes Vaping. There is a $350 Cleaning fee for any violation.
*Must Keep Doors shut at ALL times when AC is Running. Please turn the air off if you wish to have the patio door open.
* Housewares and furnishings are all inventoried. Please report any broken items so they can be replaced. Willful or malicious damage to the condo its contents will be responsibility of the renter.
*ALL county and State laws must be Followed!
*Pest Control comes once a month. If they should show up during your stay, please allow them to spray.
*Grills are provided on property on the patio area. Please clean them after use.
*Any Violation of house rules can result in immediate eviction without refund.
After all the DO NOT'S. We want you to know that we want you to enjoy your stay. Please treat the unit like it was your own. Report anything that may happen in the unit so we can work with you on getting it resolved. We understand accidents can happen. So just be up front and honest if something happens while staying in the unit.
